We're a small, senior team building the operating system for K-12 schools across India. We move quickly, take care of each other, and ship products that millions of parents, teachers, and students rely on every day.

You'll own the whole problem. We're small enough that no one is locked into "just the frontend" or "just the backend." Engineers talk to schools. Designers ship code. Customer success suggests features. The whole team ships the whole product.

No politics. We hire seniors, we trust them to make decisions, and we don't burn time on layered approval rituals. Disagreement welcome. Process for its own sake — not so much.

A real problem, a real conversation. Bring your laptop. 90 minutes. We pay for prep time on take-homes.

Team conversations

Meet 2-3 future colleagues. Two-way evaluation — questions for us encouraged.
