We're a small, senior team building the operating system for K-12 schools across India. We move quickly, take care of each other, and ship products that millions of parents, teachers, and students rely on every day.
Education is real. The schools we serve are not abstract personas — they're principals juggling 800 admissions, teachers grading on Saturday nights, parents who don't know if their child is okay. Every shipped feature affects real lives within days.
You'll own the whole problem. We're small enough that no one is locked into "just the frontend" or "just the backend." Engineers talk to schools. Designers ship code. Customer success suggests features. The whole team ships the whole product.
No politics. We hire seniors, we trust them to make decisions, and we don't burn time on layered approval rituals. Disagreement welcome. Process for its own sake — not so much.
Building for India is hard. Hard is good. Multi-board, multi-language, regulatory, low-bandwidth realities. The constraints make the work interesting, and the wins meaningful.
We're not trying to win the perks game. We're trying to make sure work doesn't get in the way of life — and that you can do your best work without compromise.
Equity for everyone. Your work shows up in the product within days.
Most roles are remote-first within India, with quarterly meet-ups in Bengaluru.
Comprehensive health insurance for you and your dependents.
₹50,000/year for books, courses, conferences — no approval theater.
Sustainable pace. Sprints are real but we don't run a marathon at sprint speed.
One week, somewhere good, the whole company. We work together; we should know each other.
Don't see your role? Email us anyway — exceptional people get a seat at the table.
Own end-to-end features across our Next.js + Express + Mongo stack. Strong product instinct expected — you'll shape what gets built, not just how.
Ship the AI features that actually help teachers and students — grading copilots, lesson planners, parent communication assistants. RAG + LLM eval experience preferred.
Design dashboards for 5 different personas (admin / teacher / parent / student / accountant) without making any feel underserved. Comfortable with dense data UIs.
Drive school onboarding — SEO, partnerships with edu consultants, performance ads. Bring scrappy founder energy.
Onboard new schools end-to-end. Translate principal pain into product feedback. Patience with non-tech users is a superpower here.
You were a teacher (or are one). Help us build assessment templates, lesson banks, and AI prompts that respect how actual classrooms work.
Write for schools, parents, and teachers — clear, warm, never corporate. Long-form, social, in-product copy.
