Maintenance Windows
Planned maintenance is announced via email to school administrators and on this page at least 48 hours in advance. We aim to schedule maintenance outside school hours (10 PM – 4 AM IST).
Stay Informed
- Email alerts — your school's super_admin and school_admin receive automatic notifications for outages affecting their workspace.
- Report an issue — if you're experiencing a problem that isn't reflected here, email support@classgini.com with the time, your school name, and any error messages. Critical issues page our on-call engineer.
SLA
Our Service Level Agreement targets (uptime per tier, service credit policy) are part of the SaaS Agreement. Aggregated uptime metrics are available on request.
